ART 1: Acceptance of conditions

By registering on our site, you accept these conditions in their entirety. These terms and conditions will govern your relationship with Loc Mobil-Home, in terms of booking confirmation, payment terms and cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these conditions at any time, and you should consult them regularly to keep abreast of any changes.
You also accept the general terms and conditions of sale which govern the relationship between Loc Mobil-Home and the renters.

ART 2: Terms of our collaboration

The owner must give a detailed description of their accommodation using the online form on the Loc Mobil-Home intranet. They must answer all the questions asked and confirm their identity by providing us with proof of identity.
Loc Mobil-Home will validate the registration of any new owner subject to receiving the insurance certificate for the mobile home in question within the next 30 days.

The owner is responsible for the information he/she has validated and the photos he/she has posted on his/her ad. In the event of non-conformity between the description and the reality of the product, the owner will bear any financial consequences.

Loc Mobil-home reserves the right to refuse an advertisement from an owner whose accommodation does not comply with its quality policy. Each new ad will be carefully reviewed by the Loc Mobil-Home team.

This contract is concluded for an indefinite period, but if either party wishes to terminate it, they may do so by giving at least 3 months' notice, by sending an e-mail to: proprietaires@locmobilhome.com
Cancellation of the contract will be effective only after confirmation by Loc Mobil-Home.

ART 3: Updating the advert and calendar

Owners have access to an extranet on the locmobilhome.com website, enabling them to update their advert at any time.
Its calendar must be regularly updated so that availability corresponds to reality when a tenant wishes to book.

ART 4: Prices and pricing policy

The owner is responsible for the prices transmitted on the locmobilhome.com extranet. In the event that the Owner wishes to have Loc Mobil-Home parameterise their advert, they undertake to check the prices recorded and to identify any discrepancies by sending an email to propriétaires@locmobilhome.com. Failing this, Loc Mobil-Home will not be held responsible for any input errors.

ART 5: Welcome and organisation of the stay

The owner is responsible for ensuring that the tenant's stay runs smoothly from the moment of arrival at the campsite.
It will have agreed with him the terms of reception (times, place, etc...) and any services, such as cleaning, before his arrival.

ART 6: Complaints

The tenant may not make any complaints after leaving the campsite. Any complaints must be made to the owner during the stay and may not be deducted from the price of the stay without the owner's prior agreement.

ART 7: Tourist tax and deposit

The tourist tax must be paid by the "tenant" directly to the owner, in accordance with the amount set by the Commune.
The deposit will be requested by the owner directly from the tenant.

ART 8: Cancellation by the owner

In the event that the Owner cancels a booking for any reason whatsoever, the Owner undertakes to offer accommodation of an equivalent category and to bear all the costs incurred by this relocation.
If the owner offers no alternative to his tenant, he undertakes to bear all the costs of legal or other repairs that Loc Mobil-Home may incur.

ART 9: Intermediary commission

Loc Mobil-Home's commission is 15 % inclusive of tax on the total price of the reservation.
Inter-bank charges are borne by Loc Mobil-Home, but we reserve the right to change this condition in the event of a sharp increase in the charges of financial institutions.

ART 10: Payment terms

Loc Mobil-Home undertakes to transfer the total amount of the rental minus the intermediary commission to the owner's bank account on the Wednesday following the end of the tenant's rental period.
The transfer to the owner will be made to the owner's account registered on his intranet at locmobilhome.com.
For any questions concerning the amount transferred, the owner can contact the platform directly at proprietaires@locmobilhome.com.

ART 11: Business ethics

The owner undertakes not to canvass Loc Mobil-Home customers during or after their stay and not to use customer data for commercial purposes.

ART 12: DISPUTES

For any complaint the owner can contact Loc Mobil-Home on proprietaires@locmobilhome.com
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the performance of the terms and conditions of use, the parties agree to submit to the provisions of French law and to the Court of Pontoise (Val D'Oise - France).
